Synopsis[]

Game after game has the word 'super' in the title. Sometimes they suck balls, while others are super. After analyzing every game ever with 'super' in the title, which ones will Craig and Tom deem worthy of the 'Super' title? Chances are there will be a few from the Super Nintendo.

10. Super Off Road. This was one of the best ports from the arcade. There were a lot of ways to power up your cars. There were a bunch of hot chicks to meet you at the finish line.

9. Super Scope 6. The Super Scope 6 was an absolute monster. It was very large. It was cool - like Wii Sports - except with no sports in it.

8. Super C. Tom laughs as he reads the description of the game. Shirtless men running around shooting everything. Super C is freaking awesome.

7. Tecmo Super Bowl. This game is considered to be one of the best football ever made. It was the first to use real names. There were badass cutscenes when you did something good. Bo Jackson is a super robot.

6. Super Castevania 4. Spectacular. Tom describes the whip. The music is among the best of the era. There were still fully cooked entrees for power ups in the walls!

5. Super Mario Kart. Craig tells a story about seeing people waiting in line for the demo area to play this game. There were a ton of imitators (Sonic R appears on the screen), but none matched up to Mario Kart. The game is always played on split-screen, sort of like the DS. It is not the best Mario Kart, but it is the only one with Super in the title.

4. Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo. - Street Fighter received update after update after update, but the best is Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo. The super bar, air juggling and Akuma all debuted in this version. Craig mentions that the full name of this game is Super Street Fighter II Turbo: The Ultimate Championship. Tom points out the 'Ultimate' means final, but they made another version afterwards!

3. Super Smash Bros Melee. Both button mashes and skilled players can play this game. It is the best selling Gamecube game, had 29 stages, many characters, updated versions of classic tunes and more items then you know what to do with. Tom hates Pokemon, but his eyes light up when he sees a Poke Ball.

2. Super Mario All-Stars. Why have one Mario game when you can have them all on one cartridge like they did with Super Mario All Stars. The original games were given a "boob-job", to make them better in every way. The US were offered the Lost Levels for the first time. The stupid intro music held it back.

Craig and Tom do a recap.

1. Super Metroid. Genius. This game provided everything the players wanted in a game. It had the entire package in one game. It is not possible to find a better game with the word 'Super' in the title. End of story.
