Synopsis[]
No one man should have a lot of power. As soon as someone gets a hold of too much power, they will use that power for evil. Maybe that's just Nick.
10. Bowser - Super Mario Bros. The Mushroom Kingdom has never known a king more ruthless than Bowser and his army. He wages war on the Mushroom Kingdom for - reasons, lives in a volcanic castle, commands an army of monsters, and has his own fleet of airships. He even turns people into blocks - that the hero breaks.
9. The Shadow King - Marvel Comics. Somewhere in Marvel, there has to be a ruthless king. Nick tries to pronounce his name, but he is refereed to as the Shadow King. He might be one of the most powerful telepaths. Having existed for thousands of years, the king has learned how to be patient. He is always ready to take on a new host. And he can make people fat.
8. The King - Burger King. The King rules the fast food giant - Burger King. He became an overnight sensation in the early 2000's. He can find you wherever you are. He delivers salty sweets to make you hungrier! He scares away women and children from restaurants.
7. King Candy - Wreck-It Ralph. King Candy wasn't born into royalty. He took over by hacking the game that he lives in, so that he is the ruler, and no one remembers the monarch. One kingdom wasn't enough, so he set out to rule all of the kingdoms in the arcade. It was a dictator kind of move.
6. Vlad the Impaler - Dracula Mythos. Myths are based on truths. Vlad the Impaler's name was earned for the reason you think. He impaled two monks and a donkey. He is a murderer and a masochist.
5. Arthas Menethil the Lich King - World of Warcraft. The lich king may have formed an army of the undead. He brought upon a plague, and rallied an order of death knights. Thankfully he was killed by an adventurer like you. This made him even more powerful so good job!
4. Lelouch Vi Briatannia - Code Geass. Lelouch Vi Briatannia - the 99th emperor of the holy Britannian empire. He has a magical eyeball that allows him to brainwash anyone. He has forced his half-sister to commit genocide, and made her bodyguard drop a nuclear bomb onto Tokyo. Both times were an accident, but he pushed his own agenda.
3. Malekith the Witch King of Naggaroth - Warhammer. Malekith is nothing but a ruthless king. He looks like a conehead with antlers with glowing eyes. He is a man made of spikes. He started a decade long cival war, and sacrificed a whole lot of people to the demon world. He kidnapped and enslaved humans and high elves to build his kingdom and feed his warriors!
2. King Piccolo - Dragon Ball. Some kings dream of global conquest, but it doesn't become a reality. King Piccolo did it twice! He used his powers to terrorize Earth. A couple of dudes trapped him in an electric rice cooker! He was released, leading to his second reign. You have to be pretty ruthless to kill a kid. Goku was fighting for revenge.
1. Darkseid - DC Comics. To become a ruthless king, a king needs a large kingdom, fierce-some powers, and a thirst for conquest. Darkseid wants to eliminate free will itself, and he tangles with Superman. His citizens are loyal to him. He has laser beams that can erase his victims from existence that are unavoidable. He has absorbed the thoughts of an entire population, and survived a bomb that rips apart existence.
11. Joffrey - Game of Thrones. His cruelty knew no bounds, and thankfully a sip of poison saw the end of him.
