Synopsis[]
Craig has done this list several times , and every time they do it, they are right! Every single time! They are just throwing out headlines, and they are true!
10. Sonic Maker. Super Mario Maker was massive in 2015. Other companies took notice and tried to capitalize on the success. Tired of Sonic fanboys complaining, Sega created a Mario Maker like game with Sonic. It is everything Sonic fans love. Creating speed, solid platforming and power ups. The fan base hates it.
9. Time Crisis on VR. With VR becoming popular, many developers are trying to jump onto it. There are simulators for everything. Bandai Namco surprises everyone by releasing Time Crisis on VR. Players literally look over their shoulders to see where enemies are coming from.
8. Tim Shaffer announces a Kickstarter... After the successful Broken Age, Massive Chalice, and Psychonauts 2, Double Fine puts out a new Kickstarter campaign. The Kickstarter will be called "Something I Think may Happen Sometime". Somehow it reaches its $2 million goal two days after it was announced.
7. New 2D Metroid for Wii U - Other M was a dream. For years fans have been wanting a new Metroid game. Nintendo finally delivers with an adventure in the form of the classic SNES and handheld games. Fans witness the scenes from Other M, before realizing it was all a horrible dream. She then returns to her badass attitude because she is a bounty hunter!
6. Mario Party 11 - Brings an official game of MLG. After getting Mario Party 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and a little bit of 3 wrong, Nintendo announces Mario Party 11 - the first competitive Mario Party game. Mario Party 11 becomes an official MLG game.
5. FFVII Alternative storyline DLC - Aeris doesn't die. With the hype train of the FF7 remake, people wonder how the story will take place. Square Enix reveals an alternative story line in the form of DLC where Aeris lives. Aeris jumps out of the way and stabs Seph in the throat with a hidden knife, ending the game immediately!
4. Kinect is resurrected... again. Remember when the Kinect was bundled with everything on the Xbox One? Microsoft has moved away from it - until in 2016 when it gets shoved down gamer's throats once more. Kinect becomes an essential feature in every game on the Xbox One.
3. No Man's Sky is 2016's Spore - Dick's Everywhere. No Man's Sky is one of the most anticipated games of 2016. There are many possibilities of never ending games with endless creation. However, this has been done many times before, such as Spore. A lot of dicks were made in it. After getting bored of No Man's Sky, people started making giant dicks. This time in space.
2. Nintendo Theme Park news! Craig gets excited about Nintendo's theme park with Universal. Craig made a list of things he wants to see in the theme park. And then, nothing. In 2016, the silence is broken and plans come out, but we have to wait until 2020.
1. Nintendo's new console announced - and released at E3 2016. Nintendo is creating the successor to the Wii U. We don't have any names or details, but at E3 2016, we will learn all of it. They will announce that the console will be released that day! The power of social media sends the word out. The console is sold out immediately causing frustration, which causes riots, war and the Apocalypse. Nintendo kills the world! It will all happen this year!
