Synopsis[]
It is Father's Day, and Boomstick is reminded that he still doesn't know who or where his father is.
10. Piccolo - DragonBall Z. While not anyone's dad, Piccolo is more of a father to Gohan than Goku ever was. He began Gohan's combat training. Piccolo has protected Gohan, and sacrificed himself numerous times. He yells at Goku for his his bad parenting.
9. Sam Fisher - Splinter Cell. Sam Fisher is the last father you want to mess with. He enjoys staying in touch with his daughter. She grows from being a teenage misfit to a full grown woman. Sam tries to retire to spend more time with Sarah. The problem with having Sam as a father is that he probably knows everything you are up to.
8. Zeus - Myths/Movies/Games. What if your dad was dad to the heavens who threw lightning bolts and had sex with everything. Zeus is one of the coolest dads ever. Being his son makes you a demi god. You are destined to become a hero among humanity. He is almost never around, and he probably tricked you mom into having you. Rebelling against your dad would be terrible.
7. Luke Hobbs - Fast and the Furious. Fast and the Furious is about fast cars and explosive action. Luke is the father of a smack talking little girl. Boomstick lists Luke's badass things that he has done. He is a badass that knows the true meaning of family.
6. Bryan Mills - Taken. Bryan is an agent with a set of skills that allow him to rescue his daughter from Albanian sex slavers. He leaves a wave of dead bodies, breaking every bone in the body, and shoots some in the face. He will do anything to save his family. And if it is late, you are going to be avenged.
5. Ron Swanson - Parks and Recreation. How did a politician make this list? He is an embodiment of all that is man. He built his first chair at the age of 5, married at the age of 15 to his Sunday school teacher, and once ate all the bacon and eggs in a restaurant. He is a fan of music where he plays for all the cougars out there. He became an awesome father to his daughters.
4. Bruce Wayne - Batman. Who wouldn't want a vigilante as a step dad. With each new child he has, he gets a new sidekick. They are all Robin, but some grow up to be heroes, while others are brutally murdered and resurrected as anti-heroes. You get to ride in the batmobile, buy money on toys, and get away with a lot. Imagine the shenanigans you could get up to when Batman isn't home.
3. Igneel - Fairy Tail. Igneel goes one step and beyond because he is a dragon! Igneel took a human under his wing, and taught him how to write and fight. He taught his son fire dragon slaying magic. Igneel really cares about Natsu, that he sends Natsu into the future to protect him.
2. Big Chris - Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Being a debt collector and letting your son tag along sounds like a bad idea. Chris and Little Chris don't care. You don't mess with the duo. Big Chris has Little Chris' back in every situation. There isn't anything these two can't accomplish. Don't disrespect him or his son.
1. Joel - The Last of Us. If there is one dad to take to the apocalypse, Joel is that man. A weapons dealer with a heart of goal, he tags along with Ellie. They kill every single baddy along the way. When Joel became impaled, Ellie helps him survive the winter. By Spring, they arrived at their destination. When a scientist tells Joel that he must kill Ellie, Joel dooms the world by killing the scientist. He does all this for his adoptive daughter.
11. Jango Fett - Star Wars. He has armies of kids. He didn't get to make them the fun way, but he takes on a lot of responsibility.
