Lion-O attacks first, and He-Man blocks it. He-Man throws a boulder, which is dodged as the pair clash their swords against each other. Both swing their swords. Lion-O loses his sword, and places a cloud over He-Man and vanishes - hiding behind a tree. He calls for the Sword of Omens, but is overheard by He-Man. He-Man disintegrates the tree as the sword arrives. Lion-O attacks, but all of his attacks are deflected.

He-Man throws his sword like a boomerang, but Lion-O catches it with his sword's powers. He-Man is tied up and is mocked by Lion-O. He-Man breaks the ropes, and they resume fighting. He-Man flees from the projectiles and creates a whirlwind. Lion-O lands on his feet, and slices at He-Man. He-Man is blown away, and vanishes out of Lion-O's sight, who calls his sight-beyond-sight, to which he sees a mountain.

He-Man is seen lifting the mountain. Power-beyond-power is aimed at the mountain. He-Man runs past punching. Lion-O shields from He-Man's attacks, and strikes at him. He-Man destroys the grasp being held by Lion-O, destroying the sword and leaving the Eye of Thundera vulnerable. He-Man stomps on Lion-O finishing him off. The gem then erupts to harm He-Man, but is destroyed. He-Man laughs and mocks Lion-O, and Cringer lands next to his master.
